I checked the tie rods, suspension, and wheel bearings. What else could it be?

It could be the tire is falling apart internally, I would raise the front of the car and spin the wheels to check the trueness of the tire treads. This guide can help:

If you are not sure rotate the tires from front to rear to see if that makes a difference. Please let me know what happens.
