Front end vibration

When I hit a bump I get a vibration in the front. when I pull off the side of the road then drive away the vibrations gone.

Hi and welcome to 2CarPros.

Off the bat is sounds like maybe your front shocks are completely worn out and when you hit a bump the tire is bouncing on the road.

It is a fairly easy check. Just unbolt the bottom of the shock and push it up and down. If the tire is bouncing you will have no resistance at all in the shock.
