I replaced the CV axles with an aftermarket part. My question is, is the that the cause and should I install OEM Mazda part?

If the vibration stops if you let off the throttle, and then comes back when you try to accelerate the CV axles will be the problem. If not I would get the tires balanced and while you are there check to see if you have tire treads that are separating. Please let us know.
