Front end noise

This could be the result of a few things. First, confirm the condition of the tire itself. Is the tread worn evenly and straight or is it cupped? Next, confirm that the front brake pads are not worn and rubbing metal to metal. I attached a couple pictures of brake pads being removed. Note that the brake material is very thing. Once it is completely gone, the metal backing plate will rub the rotor making a grinding noise. Also, there is a sensor that will rub the rotor when the pads are about worn out. The pictures I attached show that also. The last picture shows a worn pad and compares it to a new one.

Also, a bad wheel bearing can cause this type of sound. Is there any change in the sound when you make a turn? Pay attention to that. If it gets worse or lessens when turning one way or the other, that will help me determine if it is a bearing.

Do these things and let me know what you find.
