front end noise

I just had all my front end repair done all the controll arms an rack an pinion. was driving made a right turn a few feet later I heard a very loud crack. i thought had ran through huge pot hole but there wasn’t one their

You may find this hard to believe but we can't see the car or hear the noise. What is the problem or symptom now? Does the car sit level? Was that right turn a tight one at low speed as in turning into a driveway or a high speed sweeping turn on the highway? Was it even related to the noise? Could you have run over a tree branch? Does the car pull to one side when you let go of the steering wheel? Is the steering wheel straight when you drive straight ahead?
