When I go over "small" bumps, I hear a metallic rattling from the front right (with window open). Kinda sounds like gravel spinning in a hubcap. It started doing this at 10,000-miles and is now louder.
In the attached video you can hear it from 1-second to 10-seconds (above the road noise). Right at 14-seconds is when I go under an overpass and it's louder.

Does this car have only 34,000 on it? Also, did you have the brake done on the front recently? If so, stop driving the car because it sounds like the front brake caliper is loose. I would raise the car up and remove the front wheel for inspections, please use the guides below.
