I replaced the tie rod ends and ball joints and now it is making a pooping noise when I drive it that only stops when I put the brakes on.

Good afternoon.

I would start with rechecking the work to be sure everything is tight and also lubricated. If they replaced all those parts, they require lubrication when completed.

Was the noise present prior to the repairs?

No it was not. I have lubed everything and double checked to make sure it is all tight. It only stops when I put the brakes on.

Check all your brake related parts such as the calipers and the caliper mounts. Make sure they are tight and not moving around.

It does sound like it is brake related from the repairs.
