It just started. When I make a wide turn to the right. The front drivers tire feels like it is wobbling but once I straighten the wheel it stops. What causes this and how do I correct the problem. They are no clicking noises while turning either.

Hi,

Have you confirmed the tire is wobbling or is that just how it feels? If it is actually wobbling, it is likely a wheel bearing that is bad. Is there any noise associated with it?

If the wheel isn't actually wobbling, check ball joints and tie rods for excessive play.

If you look below, I highlighted a tie rod and ball joint to help you locate them. You will need to lift the tire safely off the ground. To test the ball joint, you can't lift the vehicle from the control arm. Locate the jack location and lift from there.

Once it's off the ground, place your hands at 3 and 9 o'clock and wiggle the wheel back and forth. If you feel excessive movement and the opposite side wheel isn't moving, have a helper look to see if it is the outer or inner tie rod that has play.

To check a ball joint, place your hands at 6 and 12 o'clock and check for play.

Let me know what you find or if you have questions.

Take care,

Joe
