Did the window go down with the old switch? If so I would say have a defective switch. I would also check the ECU-IG1 7.5 amp in the fuse panel under the hood. All of the wiring to the window motor is supplied by the switch. Also, you may need to program the switch to have it work correctly.
Turn the Ignition to ON Position:
Ensure the vehicle is powered on but the engine doesn't need to run.
Fully Lower the Window:
Press and hold the window switch to roll the window all the way down.
Continue holding the switch for 2-5 seconds after the window is fully down.
Fully Raise the Window:
Pull and hold the window switch to roll the window all the way up.
Continue holding the switch for 2-5 seconds after the window is fully closed.
Repeat for All Windows Controlled by the Master Switch:
Perform the same procedure for each individual window.
