If the pad wear you see is more on the "leading edge", meaning the end a spot on the rotor contacts first, don't worry about that unless it's excessive. That type of wear is common.
For the wobble, if it is bad enough to see, suspect that wheel is bent. Swap it one of the others to see if the wobble moves with the wheel. If it's still the left front, check for rust or debris that flaked off and got caught between the wheel and brake rotor. If you have the rotor design that slides off the hub, check behind that too for impacted rust or scale.
To verify the wobble, you can use a dial indicator to measure the amount of "lateral run out". Harbor Freight Tools has an inexpensive dial indicator. If you find more than about 0.035" of run out on the lip of the wheel, remove it and check the run out on the edge of the rotor. There you should find very close to 0.00" run out.
