Front differential seal replaced but continues to leak

How damaged is the yoke?

Can you post a picture of the yoke surface?

There is no speedy sleeve listed for the front yoke.

What I did find was the diameter of the yokes are the same.

I attached the sleeves for you.

So I had Googled and was leery in that the part did not say that it fit both yokes as I feel it should have. Are you sure both are the same diameter? My mechanic had tried to smooth it at last seal replacement, and it did no good. He is not a Ford certified mechanic. So I guess I throw money at seal and sleeve and hope for the best. What is your best guess? they don't identify it as fit for both differentials?

The diameters show the same.

The sleeve is about 16 bucks from rock auto.

If it does not work, the only alternative is a new yoke.

Yeah roger that. New yoke is $60.00. seal about $16.00 and sure fix. About half price if sleeve works; double labor if it don't, so my decision to make...Thanks for identifying yokes as same diameter. None of my parts houses would give me that Information and they got the books. Ford place don't help as sleeves are after market of course....I will let you know, when I know..
