Front defroster not blowing

I've replaced the door actuator and tried re-calibrating, i.e. turning key on two notches, pressing auto on climate control, pulling fuses and restarting and still not working. What should I try next?

Hello,

If you remove the actuator and turn the system on can you see the actuators moving? Also when the actuator is out can you move the pivot manually to see if the blend door inside the plenum is working as well? this guide can help:
