How to remove the front cross member

cracked front cross member. How do we remove it? Can we weld it to be strong enough?

we have no instructions on how to do that and welding should be left to a professional check with a frame shop.

Could someone send me a video on removal and replacement of a front cross member please. We have experienced welders here.

we do not have anything like that on here. try YouTube and see if anything is there. due to age of car our manuals do not carry a lot of stuff for this type of thing.
