I have no fluid entering the driver side brake line coming out of the abs unit. I crack the other three lines and fluid flows from them. Is there way restore fluid flow through the one dry ABS valve of does the entire unit need to be replaced?

Why are you trying to get fluid from that line? There must be some related history you did not include. What are you doing to try to get that fluid to flow?

Pedal went to the floor one day while driving. Discovered front driver side caliper was not working, replaced it and rubber hose. While replacing it, I noticed metal brake line was dry. Then removed line from ABS fitting and no fluid came out of ABS unit.

This is a very unusual problem. I would connect a scanner so you can command the computer to run the valves and see what happens. I suppose it's possible a valve is not releasing to let fluid flow, but I've never heard of that before.
