Front Blower Motor will not turn off

While ignition switch is in "on" or "run" position, the front blower motor runs, even with power to the temperature control console turned off. Problem continued even when blower relay substituted. Blower will run only at one speed. I have previously replaced blower relay twice. Problem persists.

If it is auto temperature control where you set the temperature have it scanned for codes by a mechanic. Same thing if manual due to it may be tpim module or heater control.
