my front blower motor run for about five seconds then shuts off for forty five to fifty seconds and will do this on auto or manual mode. Heat or A/C, the rear blower works fine. I have replaced the blower motor relay with the correct on and also replaced the wire plug.

It sounds like the blower motor is going bad. Here is a guide that will help you confirm the problem by testing for power at the motor while it is not working.

There is also a blower motor fan controller right at the blower motor I would suspect as well.

Here is a guide and some diagram to help with the testing.

Please run some tests and get back to us so we can keep helping you.
