If the vehicle is hot when starting, the front fan will not work at any speed?

The rear fan still works. When the vehicle is cold the front fan works and will keep working until, I restart the vehicle.

Hi,

The fan has a relay that powers it. However, I don't feel that would be causing the issue. At the blower motor itself, there is a white wire and a green one. When it isn't working, turn the key to the on position (engine off) and check the white wire for power when the fan is requested on.
