I have the van listed above with a V6 engine. The front blower usually doesn't come on until I reach about 45 MPH. The blower motor is in the glove compartment, and it'll usually start blowing when I hit on it. Now, the back vents do not ever blow air. Can you help?

You have found the problem which is the main blower motor needs to be replaced, here is the location and how to change it out to fix the problem. As far as the rear blower or air flow problem please start a new thread. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
