Freeze plugs on block

Freeze plug missing center rear of block plus where are the others located?

Good afternoon.

There are around thirteen or more core plugs. there are six large ones on both lower ends of the block plus a group of small ones in the front and rear of the engine. the cylinder heads also have core plugs.

they rot out from rust in the coolant. most likely the coolant was not changed as needed and that has led to the failure of the plug.
