Yep, this is where the freeze plugs are, please go over this video to help you replace them. Drain the cooling system first. Then check out the video.

I have found reason i was confused. Thein line 6cyl engine block in this is a DA26 remanufactured and the freeze plugs & locations are totally different then the AMC258 OEM

Yep, the freeze plugs are on the left side of the block, also please check the plugs on the cylinder head as well. Can you upload an image of the leak?
