Freeze plug

Can you reach the freeze plugs in my car without remove anything under the hood like engine or transmission etc.?

Depends on which one you are referring to. The only way to know is to look. You did not list which engine you have. One is usually tucked behind the starter. On some engines, there is one at the rear of the engine. The transmission has to be removed to get to that one. On some, the engine mounts are in the way.
