I removed the rear bumper cover. I cannot reach the bolts on the impact bar because it was mashed by a rear end accident. How can I remove the impact bar?

Good afternoon,

If it is pushed back to far, you need to strip off the bumper cover and the insulator and the you may have to cut off the impact bar. You will be replacing it anyway so cutting it off and the removing the bolts will be your only option.
