Faulty fuel pressure regulator?

Hello, I get a code for fuel pressure regulator and coil 2 can't remember exactly but when I install a new fpr car doesn't start. So I put old back on it will start but smokes and runs rough for a few minutes. Then it settles down. But it shows the code still. But when I first put the new part on it ran but idled up and down and rough and the eventually it shut off.

This code comes up when the fuel rail pressure sensor goes out.

I did change it, that's the problem when I put the new one on car stalls out but before it does the idle is up and down and rough.

The new sensor sounds defective. Can I ask what brand the sensor is?

I don't know. It was given to me when I picked up the car. Now I blew into where the hose connects and air went through, on the old one it doesn't. If that means anything.

Yep, the replacement part sounds bad. I would get a new part which should fix the problem.

It worked. But I got a p0182 code now. Does this car have a fuel temperature sensor? I can't find it. Parts stores don't have one either.

The fuel temperature sensor is inside the fuel rail pressure sensor.
