The fuel pumps auto shutdown fuse keeps blowing

FP/ASD fuse in the power distribution box underneath the hood keeps blowing. Already installed a new fuel pump. I put a fuel pump in then I realize I'm not getting any spark from the coil.

Hi,

Does it blow as soon as the fuse is installed? Have you checked to make sure nothing is crossing in the wiring?

There are several diagnostic trouble codes related to ASD circuit problems. Are you able to have the can-bus scanned? CAN stands for controller area network. Here is a video showing how it's done:

That is where I would start. Let me know if you find codes such as P0685, 0686, 0687 and so on.
