1998 windstar, 97000 miles, 3.8L engine. There is a short in the wiring harness going to the fuel pump. The short is right at the sealed plastic boot that goes through the metal plate that covers the fuel tank opening. Where can I buy a new wire harness without having to buy the whole pump assembly like my locale dealer is trying to sell me?
