no power

My 1999 windstar has 250 000 kms 3.8liter
my wipers,signals,speedometer,tack,gas gauge,radio,blower motor stopped working in a rain .I checked the fuses but they are ok.is there any thing that controls all of these things.

I would look at the connector were the fuse box wire come into the car, unbolt it from the firewall and see if it's wet, dry it with compressed air if you can, even a computer duster....then check all the fuses after reasembly!
