2003 Ford Windstar turns over fast

my windstar sometimes tends to turn over alot before it starts sometimes,usually first thing in morning,warm weather here now.then it seems after it starts that first time,it starts normally,but if it sits for awhile,it will turn over really fast and a few seconds,about 5 before it starts

Inspect and test the engine coolant temperature sensor. This is the one suppose to give fuel during initial cold starts.
