2003 Ford Windstar movement

The van starts up well and the gearshift moves as normal but the wheels won't move.

IS the trans fluid full?
Does not move in any gear?
Do you feel an engagement when it is shifted into gear?

Check to be sure that the arm is moving on the transmission to put it in gear.
