2003 Ford Windstar motor door problem

2003 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 83k miles

so far everything are working good except the doors both side passenger and driver side is been giving me lots of problem i had spent time and labor by to replacing the motor and after 2 weeks it would stop working again now the mechanic told me to order a brand new motors how much would this cost?
please let me know thank you.

If you just replaced the motors 2 weeks ago then why would you need to buy 2 more motors again? Did you put used parts on there? Also why isn't the shop doing it under warranty?
