This was an interminent problem and now a permanent. The vehicle turns over (cranks) well, 3/4 tank fresh gas. It wont start.
When it was interminent we waited about 15 minutes and it would start and run fine. When turned off it may not start.
Yesterday, I tried ether into the air cleaner (to eliminate a bad fuel pump problem) and it still would not start.
No engine warning light went on during the interminent phase.
What do you think is wrong or what else can I do to find the problem?

Thanks for the donation. Did you visually check for spark at the plugs, engine cranking? If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. When you first turn the key on, no crank, can you hear the pump run for a few seconds?
