2002 Ford Windstar SENSOR Problem

2002 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The door ajor light stays on in the instrument panel. all of the doors are closed but the light will not go out. I would like to know where the sensors are located in order that it may be fixed. Too, will it hurt if the light statys on all of the tiime.

It won't hurt anything, but make sure the doors are all closed. As far as the switch, it is part of the latch assembly in the door.
