My passenger side automatic rear door will only open half way and it will close, however it instantly bounces back open. I have taken it to a dealer and they can not duplicate the same code and I was pretty much told that I am stuck using the door in manual mode. How can I reset the sensor?

Try and reset the breaker fuse and see if this helps. In the fuse box under the dash on the drivers side, fuse # 6 is a black fuse that all you have to do is pull out slightly. This fuse controls the radio and both sliding doors. After a minute or so, push the fuse back in and let the system reset itself. If you have the owners manual still, it gives you reset instructions for the doors in the Drivers Controls section. If not, all you do is push the button to open one door and have it open all the way and wait 5 seconds, then push the button to close it again and wait 5 seconds. Do this 3 times, then do the same for the other door. Hopefully this might help your situation, otherwise, there might be some kind of debri on the track that is telling the door not to open all of the way
