2002 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2002 Ford windstar. My front intermitent wipers arent working correctly. The wipers work on high and low, but when on intermittent, they move a few inches and stop then when the cycle time is up, they move a little more . I have replaced the wiper motor. is there anything else i should check?

The only things that could cause this issue would be faulty wiring/circuit, faulty FEM or bad wiper switch. you could try replacing the wiper on/off relay , if it's OK though i would suspect faulty switch.
