2002 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2002 Ford windstar. My front intermitent wipers arent working correctly. The wipers work on high and low, but when on intermittent, they move a few inches and stop then when the cycle time is up, they move a little more. I have replaced the wiper motor. Is there anything else I should check?

The only things that could cause this issue would be faulty wiring/circuit, faulty FEM or bad wiper switch. You could try replacing the wiper on/off relay, if it's OK though I would suspect faulty switch.
