2002 Ford Windstar heater/AC controls

There is a noise coming from under the dash, click click click and the ac and the heater is running at the same time I think the controls are eletrical and vaccum operated and I think the heater valve is stuck, how do I go about fixing this15.00

Sounds like the temperature blend door actuator, or the door itself is stuck, and the actuator cant move it. Try removing the actuator, spray some WD-40 on the shaft and move it back and forth until it moves freely, then re install the actuator.
