2001 Ford Windstar speed control deactivation switch

How do I disconnect the Speed Control Deactivation System connector? My red brake light keeps coming on when stopping. The brakes are fine as is the brake fluid and master cylinder. Just happens when I am almost completely stopped.

It's on the master cylinder..unplug it, however this may or may not be the problem we have a running thread of all the people with Windstar ABS problems,
