2001 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 107221 miles
I just did a complete tune up on my car and the check engine light turned on. I was wondering why it would come on?

First thing you need to do is have the codes read, Autozone does it free, Post the results with the code number(s). Even if the service engine light is not on, there should be freeze frame data stored.

I had my '01 windstar tuned up at a 100,000 and then my check engine light came on. It ended up being a upper intake valve leak

The codes that I received from autozone where this P0141 and P0144.

Those are 02 sensors codes, Bank1 sensor2 and bank 1 sensor3, make sure the connectors are tight, and no oil or grease is on them.
