is it possable to replace the clutch bearing w/o removing the compressor ?

Hello,

I take you are replacing the the whole clutch Assembly, would be easier. If you have enough room in front of the compressor to get the remover tool on to remove the clutch assembly then no you won't need to remove the compressor.
