2001 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my Ford windstar 2001 has a problem i dont know what it is exactley but when i accelarate the vihicle it starts to shake for some reason.I replaced the fuel filter,the spark plugs,the spark plug wires & it still shakes,Either i accelarate or i go up hill.I would like to know the cause and how to fix this problem,would you explain please?

the timing on my car is non-adjustable.My car is a Ford windstar 2001 LX ,3.8 engine,6 cyl.and it shakes when i accelarate or goes up a hill.
