2001 Ford Windstar ABS HCU modules ??

the ABS light keeps coming on and the heat in front doesn't work but the heat in the back works fine .What gives is it thermostat problems or what??And can the van still be driven if the ABS/HCU module needs replaced and how much should it cost??
