2000 Ford Windstar Van Won't start

The engine turns over, but it won't start. Anti theft light flashes rapidly while trying to start. The van stopped running while driving. I replaced the battery and checked the coil. The ignition coil checks out OK.

If the theft light is staying on, the system is shut down. I hate to say it, but it has to go to a dealer. They are the only ones with the proper test equipment to check the system.
