The transmission fliuid was leaking, i got under and it looked like it was leaking out the seal between the motor and tranny. i took it to be repaired and they said there was nothing wrong with the seal but it needed and new tranny pan gasket. I got it back home and looked under it and it was still leaking. I was talking to a mechanic friend and he was saying that the breather tube may be pluged and its overheating which makes it leak from the input seal. All the other seals were checked. Can you please help?

If the leak is between the engine and trans, chances are it is the front seal. THe only way to be sure is to remove the trans.
