I have a noise what I called moaning/groaning sound when driving. In cooler weather it is ok. After driving for a while or in hot weather it happens. I haved replaced the power stiring unit twice in less than a year a part and before replacing them I had the same sound. I hear the noise when the car is setting still as well a moving. When turning it seems louder. What is causing this?

It sounds like your power steering pump is making the noise. Check to see if you are you loosing any fluid and top off if necessary. Also check your power steering hoses to make sure there are no loose connections or too close to a heat source. When replacing the unit make sure you are using an OEM part (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The aftermarket units are not as good and may fail prematurely.

Most Ford replacement pumps require a break in period for whatever reason, usually there is a tag notifying the installer of a 500 mile time frame. Also might want to try adding a small amount of motor oil (2-4 tbsps) this sometimes will help the noise problem. Other than that, check all things Mike suggested as well
