Hi, Have The Brake Light Switch And Connector Checked, You May Need a Brake light Switch And or connector too. If They only Work sometimes ,Then That Is why It's Getting stuck in park. As for the Fuse, Which fuse Keeps Blowing?,And You Stated the Ac Blower is Working Without The Ignition On? That Could Be a short Circuit.Or Wires Fused Together. Also Could Be Something Wrong In the Ignition Switch.Have A Electrical Shop Look Into That Part Further.

Hope This Helps You,
Good Luck
