2000 Ford Windstar Changing the Rear Sparkplugs

What is the most efficient way to change the rear sparkplugs. The front ones are completely accessible, but the rear 3 are pretty much inaccessible with everything under the hood intact.

It's not difficult to remove the windshield wipers and the "covers"under them. The metal and plastic. That opens up enough space to get to them. The one on the left is still difficult, but with a little contortion and gymnastics, it can still be reached from the top.

Just remove the wiper arms. Then remove the cowling. Laying across the engine they are now accessable. I find a flex head ratchet and a 3 & 6 inch extensions help get the job done.
