2000 Ford Windstar BRAKES FEEL LIKE THEY ARE CONSTANTLY ON

We just replaced the rear brakes about 2 weeks ago. Now it feels like they are constantly grabbing. When you jack up the van the tire will not turn. What could be causing this problem

Hi there,
the most common issue with one like that is that the rear drum brakes need adjustment to align them properly in between the drum, if they are out of adjustment, one side could hold onto the drum causing it to constantly grab. Have your rear drum brakes adjusted.
