Heat is not working and A/c is not cooling in the FRONT vents only. Back vents work perfectly.

Ok so tell me what have you checked so far? Do you have a digital mutli meter to do some testing if needed? Get back to me and we will go from there.

OK - upon further inspection, I realized that there is not a FUSE in the under-the-hood fuse box for an A/C Clutch Diode. Could this be causing the problem?

OK not sure yet need to ask a couple of more questions. Is this manual a/c or automatic with climate control? I am sure that is dual a/c being that you say the rear works fine but the front don't. Get back to me with that so I can look over the system and see what controls what. I am thinking maybe blend door or blend door motor but cant be sure yet.
