Shakes or Wobbles problem
2000 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I check the front end of my van and replace what I tough was a wheel bearring and check my lower ball joints and outer tie ror ends but evreting is fine I check the inner tie rod end on the passager side and it has some play do you tink that cut make the front shake

Based on how much play it has, yes. Also, if it is bad, replace it. It could cause loss of steering if it breaks.

Have you checked the basics such as tire balance, if wheels are bent...?
