1999 Ford Windstar speedometer and odometer

About three months ago, my speedomoter and odemeter and rear fan control and my AC all went at the same time. Tried to hook computer up to Windstar today to get diagnostic, but that was dead too. It seems like one fuse or relay went but I cant find it. Have any sugggestions?
