1999 Ford Windstar 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 134000 miles

I have a 99 Ford Windstar SE. I am getting oil in my radiator resevoir but no water is getting my oil. I have been told that it could be an oil cooler. I have recently had a new transmission put in by a mechanic that has turned out to be untrustworthy. My question is can it be the oil cooler. I do not believe that it is a head gasket considering that there are no other problems with the van. It does not run hot and sounds very quiet. Still seems to run like a champ. I do need to replace the high pressure power steering hose as it has a leak. Other than that, there is no problems that I can find. Could you please give some advice.

Are you sure it is motor oil and not ATF?
